Gobi Tikka - Grilled Cauliflower

Cauliflower is used extensively in Indian Cooking. It absorbs a lot of flavours and when cooked right has a beautiful texture to it as well.

Oven Roasted Vegetables have a very special taste. I have tried roasting many vegetables in the oven and have found that it brings out the flavours in the vegetables. Also there is the added advantage of using very less oil when compared to pan cooking. Cauliflower is a classic example of how oven roasting brings out the best in Veggies.

This Cauliflower can be served as an Appetizer or in a Wrap or just tossed into a salad. It is great however you choose to serve it.

Ingredients

Cauliflower 1 Extra Large (mine was 2kgs) :-)

Chilli Powder 2 tsp
Coriander Powder 2 tsp

Yogurt 4 tbsp (you can skip this or use Vegan Yogurt to make a Vegan Gobi Tikka)
Oil 3 tbsp + 1 tbsp for later
Salt 1 tsp (or to taste)
