Corn and Cheese Tart - Indian Food Bloggers Meet - Freedom Tree Baking Challenge

Cheese and Corn are things that my little one loves. And Puff Pastry is another one of his favorite things. This corn and cheese tart (or Pizza as we sometimes call it) is one of his fav food. Its so tasty and easy to make. I even pack this for lunch.

Ingredients (Makes 1 small tart)

Puff Pastry Sheet 1 small piece (10 cm * 8 cm)
You can make 9 of these if you use a whole pastry sheet
Steamed Corn 2 tbsp
Cheddar Cheese 2 tbsp
Dried Herbs a pinch
Salt and Pepper a pinch

Method of Preparation

1. Preheat oven to 160 C (or as per package instructions).

2. Place the pastry sheet on a lined baking sheet.

3. Top it with the cheese, corn, herbs, salt and pepper.

4. Bake for 8-10 min.

Amazing tarts are ready!
