Vegetarian Christmas and Thanksgiving Dinner (Mostly Vegan)

Wishing all my readers a very Happy New Year 2014. Hope you all had a good holiday and are ready to start the new year! We also enjoyed a few wonderful days at home. Loads of celebration and what celebration is complete without food.

I will start this new year with a menu for a complete English (Western) dinner. I have made most things Vegan. There are a couple of Vegetarian items due to the addition of butter and honey. The honey can be substituted with maple syrup and butter with margarine or oil to make it completely vegan.

Vegetarian Menu

Soup : Vegan Butternut Squash Soup
Bread : Garlic Bread Stick (Olive Garden style)
Main : Vegan Zucchini Risotto.
Sides :
Honey Roasted Carrots and Parsnips with Caraway seeds
Roasted Brussels Sprouts
Vegan Mashed Potato
Dessert : Puff Pastry Apple Pie

Have linked the recipes that I already have in the blog here. Will add the rest of the recipes in the next few days.
